Shipping Methods

We offer various products with specific shipping needs. Primarily, we offer a standard shipping method for prints and t-shirts at an affordable price to you. During the checkout process, you will be able to select the shipping method for paintings that best suits your needs. Please follow the instructions when prompted with your purchase for specific details.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our dedicated team works diligently to process and prepare your items for shipment. We strive to have your order ready for shipping within 2-6 business days. Please note that processing time may be delayed during peak seasons, promotional periods, holidays or popular sale discounts; so we recommend to order earlier.

Shipping time will vary depending on your location and the product you choose during checkout. Usually, it takes 2–6 business days for shipping services to deliver an order.

Shipping Location

It is essential to provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. Please double-check your address to avoid any delays or delivery issues. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Original canvas are shipped from our location in Sacramento, California. T-shirts, prints, and books are shipped on-demand from various locations. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally, but don't worry we are working very hard to get there. In the meantime, you may contact us and share your wishes. 

Tracking Your Order

To keep you informed about the progress of your shipment, we provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package and estimate its arrival date.

Order Tracking Number:

After processing time (when products gets made), we ship your order and you receive an email with your order tracking number letting you know that your purchase has been shipped (following shipping time estimates). This will contain the details and updates of shipment moving locations and delivery details. Please note, shipping carriers are responsible for their services.

Shipping order Status:

You may check the status of your order with the tracking number you received via email containing postal services, date and time of expected delivery. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Also note, shipping carriers are responsible for their services.

Delays:

Potential delays may occur due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside our control. In demand holidays or popular sale discounts may delay our processing time and we recommend to order earlier. Postal Services may differ and be delayed during discounted sales like Black Friday, holidays or popular dates.

If your order should have arrived and you still don’t have it, please do the following:

Before getting in touch with us, please help us by doing the following: (a) Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address, (b) Ask your local post office if they have your package (c) Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at the information provided when you made your purchase and include your order number. We will investigate what went wrong.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address from us, we can send you a replacement order or a refund. Please note, shipping carriers are responsible for their services.

Poster Small:

Sizes are: 5x7in, 8x10in, 10x10in, 12x12in, 11x14in, 12x16in, 12x18in, 14x14in, 16x16in, 16x20in, 18x18in, 18x24in. Our processing time to fulfill an order for small prints is around 2–5 days Monday to Friday, then it’s shipped out. Standard Shipping in the United States is around 3-6 business days, time varies according to your location. The estimated shipping cost in the USA for a standard shipment is $4.99 and for an additional item is $0.40. Please be sure to carefully read your order details when making a purchase for accuracy.

Poster Large:

Sizes are: 20x30in, 24x36in. Our processing time to fulfill an order for large prints is around 2–5 days Monday to Friday, then it’s shipped out. Standard Shipping in the United States is around 3-6 business days, time varies according to your location. The estimated shipping cost in the USA for a standard shipment is $5.99 and for an additional item is $0.40. Please be sure to carefully read your order details when making a purchase for accuracy.

Original Painting, Canvas:

Our processing time to fulfill an order for a painting canvas is around 2 days Monday to Friday, then it’s shipped out. The estimated shipping cost and time varies in the USA, as the product dimensions determine the price range. Please be sure to carefully read your order details when making a purchase for accuracy.

Graphic T-shirts:

Sizes are: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL. Our processing time to fulfill an order for t-shirts/graphic tees is around 2–6 days Monday to Friday, then it’s shipped out. Standard Shipping in the United States is around 3-6 business days, time varies according to your location. The estimated shipping cost in the USA for a standard shipment is $4.69 and for an additional item is $2.20. Please be sure to carefully read your order details when making a purchase for accuracy.

Purchasing more than one product:

When purchasing more than one product, shipping costs may vary. Further details are provided above for each product. Please be sure to carefully read your order details when making a purchase for accuracy.

Packing

Generally, products are packaged in paper, plastic mailers or cardboard boxes. Depending on local supply availability, packaging can be made of recycled, partially recycled, or virgin materials. When needed it’s used: clear mailers, tissue paper, foam pouches, or bubble wrap to protect products from breaking or scratching.

T-shirts or graphic tees, are generally packaged in post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer mailers. If there’s more than one product, after putting each item in its own separate transparent polymer bag, we then place them all together in a PCR polymer mailer. 

Posters are packed and shipped in triangular kraft boxes to ensure safe delivery and avoid using plastic caps. Sometimes is used stay-flat envelopes for posters in size 8 × 10 in. Please note, seasonality and product dimensions may influence our choice of packing materials. 

Original paintings will be packed carefully, with bubble wrap in a flat box. Including a few other materials to protect art piece.

Eco (environmental):

PCR plastics are made from items people recycle every day, like plastic bags and bottles. Most of our PCR plastics are made from shopping bags and wrapping films. The amount of PCR in the packaging differs, but it’s at least 50% for the outside (white or grey) poly mailer bags and at least 30% for the inside (clear) bags used in multi-item shipments. Gradually switching to 90%–100% PCR plastic packaging for apparel products.
